- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to iterate and oversee the UI & UX of a product from conception until launch. - Design new experiences or layouts that evolve or define visual systems. - Optimize all aspects of App/Web pages and solve problems to make products more consistent and accessible. - Make sure all of the materials comply with brand guidelines and style.

- Taking creative briefs from the UX/Creative Leads and handling teams, interrogating client requirements to develop fit-for-purpose UI solutions for concepts, campaigns, programmes and assets. - In collaboration with relevant team members, evaluate and understand audience needs and their engagement preferences. - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and wireframes - Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how digital solutions. - Conduct design adjustments based on user feedback. - Adhere to brand guidelines where required.

- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy. - Maintaining and expanding the UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, UI flow, site maps, and prototypes. - Collaborating with developers to ensure the creation of tailored experiences for the digital user. - Providing advice on the implementation of UX methodologies. - Ability to enforce and adhere to set company visual standards.
