1. Developed and maintained an isolated multiple channel SMU in HTOL system for tier-1 compony in LED and Laser diode industry.
1-1. Developed the key feature of Software function in C# language, such as the Vset auto tuned function, automated calibration function, specific ADC module application, PWM mode signal’s parameters calculation algorithm and the prototype of software architecture.
1-2. Developed the hardware from concept in EVT stage to PCBA validation in PVT stage. I not only using the Altium Designer to draft the schematic and pcb layout, but also using the LTspice to run some simulation.
1-3. Developed the SPI communication system from CPLD to ADC/DAC modules.
1-4. Modified some SW/HW modules to meet different customers’s order.

2. Developed an electrical measurement system for tier-1 company in III-V semiconductor area.
2-1. Developed the switching system for automated measuring multiple DUTs in one socket, and multiple sockets in one operation.
2-2. Developed the low leakage current hardware system to meet the requirement of less than 0.01 nano amps leakage current.
