工作經驗
QPM
1. Handle project/issue management and balance multiple simultaneous projects during development and production stages.
2. Use fundamental failure analysis methodology to derive a root cause of failure.
3. Build test items for product requirement base on test standard.
4. Communicate and negotiate for test criteria, procedure, resource , schedule, and issue in cross-function cooperation.
5. Establish lesson learnt process to prevent issue recurrence in product development stage or by RMA.
Senior Engineer
1. Hands-on experience in Signal Integrity in industrial networking product, industrial computing and sub-assemblies.
2. Hands-on experience with Reliability demonstration & testing such as Temperature Cycling, Shock & Vibration, Drop, De-rating, MTBF and ALT for components, sub-assemblies, and complete products.
3. Build related tests (De-rating ,thermal and solar tests, etc.) for ensuring product quality and reliability.
4. Training members with theory knowledge of test items.
5. Programming automation tools to make reliability test report release and component specification review more efficient.
6. To handle the first industrial networking server.
Engineer
1. Hands-on experience with Reliability demonstration & testing such as Temperature Cycling, Thermal Measurement, Shock & Vibration, Drop, ALT/HALT/HASS, De-rating, MTBF and ORT for , sub-assemblies and complete products.
2. Being responsible for Dell with calculating WCEPTA to ensure circuit reliability.
