I have experience working as an ER medical scribe where I had to follow around a physician and record patient information using Epic EMR. This job forced me to learn, multitask and work fast. Overall, it allowed me to grow and gave me a better understanding of working in a medical environment.
Biomedical lab assistant
As a Biomedical lab assistant, my responsibilities were to input orders, make deliveries in the department and set up labs for classes. This job gave me data entry experience and helped me gain more knowledge in Excel. I led multiple team-based projects and effectively coordinated group tasks.
Pizza maker
This being one of my first jobs, It helped me achieve independence and lead a group of workers to finish orders in a timely and efficient manner. I was also required to take phone calls during this job which helped me gain a lot of customer service experience too.
