•Develop, manage and execute digital MGM(member get member) acquisition strategy and program, tracking performance, and cost analysis.
•Construct and execute digital advertising acquisition program.
•Enhance and optimize internal solutions and operational processes.
•Streamline internet acquisition journey and deliver excellent customer experience.
•Collaborate with sales channels, advertising marketing, data analysts, IT and region digital sales team to deliver the best performance.
•Collaborate with customer services center to deliver the best customer experience
Selected Achievements:
•Digital acquisition reached record-high and QoQ grew over 30%.
•Digital MGM acquisition make up over 70% TTL MGM accounts of APAC in 2020 with the lowest CPA.
•Reduce 50% customer complaints during 2019~2020.
