Responsible for leading agile, digital organizational transformations as well as performing Lean process improvement and cultural Change Management. Other responsibilities included:
* Leading, coaching and developing direct reports on Lean Production Systems, Six Sigma, and Agile Business Transformation
* Coordinating the pre and post close transition period with C – level executives.
* Developing and driving Lean, Change Management, and Agile Transformation programs for regional and international clients
* Driving Business Transformation for clients including Strategy Development, Operating Model Design, Organization Design, Cost Optimization, Business Process Optimization, IT Enablement, Change Management, and providing PMO Services
* Leading Kaizen events using Lean Six Sigma philosophy, methodology, and tools, thus identifying and eliminating waste, establishing an efficient flow of both information and process, reducing process variation, and gaining unwavering top-level commitment
* Advising Senior Executives on Industry 4.0 & Lean Manufacturing Strategy
*Levering experience as a mentor, facilitator, sparing partner, and sensei focused on Lean Six Sigma, Activity Based Costing, Quantitative Risk Analysis, developing bespoke training certification programs, and building business systems in support of multinational clients achieving profitable growth while anticipating opportunities arising from a rapidly changing business environment
* Leading multi-disciplinary project teams towards delivering consulting services that exceeded client expectations.
* Actively contributed to the Go-to-market strategy, including the identification of sales opportunities, development of standardized service offerings, and preparation of proposals for international clients
