Entering the US Air Force in the early 1990s, Roy Bowser, Jr., completed Airman Leadership School before training as a noncommissioned officer. He went on to complete academic programs through the Community College of the Air Force, earning associate’s degrees in information management and hotel, restaurant, and fitness studies. Roy Bowser, Jr., also secured a bachelor of science in business administration, graduating magna cum laude from TUI University in Vallejo, California. Mr. Bowser ultimately rose to the rank of chief master sergeant, and served as guest services specialist at the Jacob Smart Conference Center at Joint Base Andrews in Prince George's County, Maryland. After leaving military service, he leveraged his experience as an Air Force chief master sergeant to perform outside property and desk adjustment work as an emergency response unit and independent claims adjuster with Pilot Catastrophe Services headquartered in Mobile, Alabama. His claims region spanned from North Dakata to Oklahoma, writing estimates for wind, hail, flood, and fire. He is a certified rope and harness adjusters with over 400 properties inspected.
