1. 區塊鏈交易所： 
 1. 1. 整體交易所模組更新：跨鏈功能修正，加入 KSM, DOT 全新公鏈項目，並開發區塊鏈 Defi 產品，包括不限於 web、app。  
 1.2. 實作 Defi 產品：質押生息產品、定期定額投資產品、隨機定存質押生息產品，包含前台與後台 OMS 設計。

2. 軟體產品開發：規劃符合公司商業目標之產品，並以 MVP 模式快速產出取代過度詳細規劃，透過用戶回饋修正產品策略。 
 2.1. 重點規劃一完整的票券發行系統，從成為發行商、審核制度、發行票券、上架、購買、分享、核銷到歸戶。 

3. 制定 sprint goal：需為每次敏捷開發的短衝擬定目標、最低限度標準及必要檢查項目，retrospective meeting 與團隊討論該次的困難處，一起排解。 
 3.1. 擔任過 Scrum master，讓團隊熟悉敏捷開發模式。 

4. 引導團隊：重視團隊合作、強調透明溝通並為團隊協調資源、衝突，以及需維繫利害關係人(包含：進度報告、尋求資源)。 
 4.1. 目前主要訓練一位 PM, 兩位 UI及帶領兩個 6~10人團隊。 

5. 透過質化以及量化的分析去找出用戶的痛點，期待用客觀數據來定義待解決或已解決的。
