- Support knowledge management specialist to daily manage the contents on internal google sites systems
- Facilitate training & developments team routine training activities, discussion with QC activities, making workflow of work scope & word CS macro template
- Sync with SPV and team leader for organizing questions lists and monitoring monthly CS refreshment test for each 9 Sections (CS Email, CS Payment, PTE (Return & Inventory), CS Social Media, CS Live Chat, VVIP & Crisis Center, O2O, CS Anti Fraud, and Call Center)
