Shu-Ting Yeh

I would say I am a person who enjoy challenging and willing to try new things. During the period of my university, I met many foreigners and become friends with them when I worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Chinese Language Centre within the departments. In a way, the interaction broadened my international perspective, and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and become an exchange student in Shanghai. After graduating, I decided to study postgraduate marketing programs abroad. This was the turning point of my life. This was a big challenge for me under the totally different language, culture and race environment. From the studying experiences, apart from learning the basic professional knowledges of marketing, I have acquired the skills of cross culture communication and information integration toward teamwork. It can be seen that my previous experiences of part-time jobs mainly focus on sales. Understanding the requirements of the consumers, as well as the inadequacy of the products, are crucial to businesses developments. Following with the principle, it helps me a lot to achieve and even exceed the KPI which firms request.
