I started working when I was 14. I worked in sales, and, before long, I stood out because of my exceptional English at that age, and politeness, which helped turn almost every customer into a 'returning' customer. Years have passed, and, although I can't say I'm old, I gained a somewhat, vast package of experience in management and customer service. I've worn many hats in my career - commercial worker, cashier, trainer, assistant manager, client support assistant, general store manager, programmer and web designer, administrator,chief supervisor. As a result, I have the ability to manage multipurpose or specific purpose teams, to navigate and accomplish complex challenges. Actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following : - I am a multi-linguist in a technologically driven market, I speak fluent geek, designer, trainer,salesperson and difficult client. Understanding means fewer missteps, and missteps cost a fortune. -I am the calm one. -Every person deserves at least one please and a lot of thank you's . -I run toward fires.
