Manage print/digital editorial direction for developing Gear Patrol branded content across multi-media platforms, including audio/video scripts, newsletter/pitch deck, copywriting, and social media content strategy.
• Supervise/mentor teams consisting of six or more (6+) writers, copy editors, photographers, designers; and a/v production crews of ten or more (10+); present and teach strategy for, implement processes with, and serve as point person for company-wide projects.

• Promoted to Senior Coordinating Producer from Coordinating Producer role in 2021 with responsibility for creating, writing, producing, hosting, recording, and editing "The Gear Patrol Podcast" and “This Week in Gear” (20-25 weekly segmented studio show).
