1. Evolved insights and conducts presentations, via data analysis, with respect to product marketing, customer management, and campaign development for Telemarketing and Bancassurance.
2. Participates in database marketing projects, including test/control model design, leads criteria planning, leads extracting, and performance evaluation.
3. Cooperates with Regional head of customer analytics to resolve analytics results, explain findings in simple terms to users, and integrate opinions from other local departments.
4. Designs, executes, and manages online survey; delivers research report to conduct marketing insight.
5. Assists in database management and enhancement.
