For my past 4 years of work experience, I've been working in both Python and Scala. At Largitdata(大數軟體), I used Python in writing various web scraping scripts and simple flask API applications, which were deployed on GCP virtual machines. As for Scala, I've used it in writing Apache Spark data pipelines at Vpon(威朋) and also in developing API in the backend system at Bubbleye(大眼科技). With these years of data engineering experience, I gained deep knowledge in both RDBMS like PostgreSQL and NoSQL systems like BigQuery and Spark.
