• Responsible for the uptime of the customer firewalls (Fortinet, Juniper and CXD) and management VPN. • Implementation, Documentation, and providing technical assistance to global customers over call, email and remote session. • Responsible for managing secure and highly distributed Netsurion Firewalls deployed in over 18000 locations of small to medium enterprise customer sites in US and Canada, within Payment Card Industry Data Security standard (PCI DSS) and Compliance policy. • Proactive maintenance of existing Firewall Security Policies. • Troubleshooting firewall issues like policy addition, Whitelisting, Port Forwarding, Wan configuration VPN configuration in the firewalls etc. • Hands on experience on Forigate60D, Forti WIFI 50D, Forti Analyzer, For manager, Forti Authenticator, Forti AP. Juniper SSG firewalls, Juniper NSM . • Coordinating with Provisioning team, Account Managers, Billing and Inside Sales team for customer account related issues.
