Major package type is FCCSP. -Handle over 20 devices include Test vehicle and NPI in the same time. -Released 10 device from NPI to MP. -Wade 1. Participate in NPI activities to ensure the successful development, qualification, and mass production. 2. Each process risk assessment and arrange the simulation if necessary. 3. According to simulation result. Do validation and corner DOE. 4.BOM survey and tooling prepare. 5. Ensure the product quality and make sure products ship on schedule. 6. New products reliability solution development. 7. Communicate and coordinate resources with various function teams (including venders, PE and MFG)

◎Failure Analysis Engineer 1.Track the daily product yield loss. 2.Analysis of main issues which affect yield loss and write detail report in 24hr. 3.Analysis of client returns case or product. 4.Identify root cause and highlight authority department. 6. Standard analysis SOP to DL. ◎Product Integration Engineer 1. Monitor product yield and run history by EDA. 2. Trace the product yield from client. 3. Hold the conference with CQE, OQC and submit the issue from client, feedback to authority department. 4.Collaborate with other department on DOE to solve issue and enhance the yield.
