I am eager to learn technologies and able to learn quickly, that is why I have experienced backend, frontend, apps and even embedded systems. Besides technical skills, I am also interested in team management. I have introduced scrum into 3 companies, helped them to build scrum teams from scratch, coached developers and project managers for scrum and technical skills, controlled schedules, managed backend, frontend, and app works, and finally delivered products successfully on time. As an experienced full-stack, scrum master and team lead, I know how to help team members to cooperate and communicate with different roles, including project managers, UI, frontend, backend, and QA. In addition to scrum, to build successful teams and stable products, I employed coding styles, code reviews, SOLID principles, TDD, and some tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Zeplin, Git and CI/CD, into workflow.
