Taiwan region
1.Fun Taiwan campaign:led merchant year-round campaign, to drive local/international cardmember spend and increase campaign awareness through multiple communication channels, ie: American official website, APP, social media(FB), statement inserts, and POP, etc.)Increased more than 40% offers in 2019.
2.Corp Card project:Coordinated with corporate card department to develop marketing materials.
3.Global Social Media campaign: Collaborated with global marketing team to reinforced promote tourist attraction in Taiwan, as well as enhance key merchant’s relationship. Worked with key merchants to increase awareness by arranging photo shooting, and merchant material collecting for communication, ie: IG, FB,etc.
China region
1.China Selects campaign: led year-round project and drive spend, featured more than 200 offers in 2019.
2.Dining City campaign: Partnered with Dining City to increase American Express awareness in China market.
