As product manager in video solutions division, I am skilled in multi tasks on both brand products and ODM projects. In charge of 8K encoder product line, dedicated to the product line strategy and marketing/businesss plan. My job duties as below list:  Develop product line strategy, including product proposals, sales kits and business cases, pricing structure. Work with worldwide regional sales force to negotiate product offering and business strategy.  Trade show/demonstration planning and organizing. Representing product team to promote solutions in BIRTV(2017) at Beijing, and IBC(2018) at Amsterdam.  ODM Account Manager (JP and Israel brand): Manage global customer ODM projects launch on time, scope and quality from proposal & RFQ stage to MP maintain.  Lead cross-function team including HW/SW/FPGA/ME/Thermal/Validation and factory to fulfill product/project deliverables on time and meet or even exceed the expectations  Work closely with key component suppliers for product technical, demand fulfillment and cost support
