- Receiving requests from the product owner and creating user-centred design concepts, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes - Redesigning software interfaces, improving product consistency and building design systems - Improving software workflow and user usability - Conduct user interview & testing to define the user's need and the final design decision

- Developing UX concepts for clients’ products; creating user-flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes - Collaborating with the industrial design and user research teams to analyse the products pain points and resolve them - Working with the client's engineering team and product managers to develop design concepts

- Working on medical products and patient management systems - Following the Design Thinking process to develop user-centred concepts and improve usability of products; creating user-flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes - Conducting user interviews and user testing to understand client and market needs - Collaborating with industry designers, user researchers, hardware/software engineers, and product managers to resolve issues of products

- Designing web and mobile apps (iOS & Android) and writing HTML & CSS - Building cohesive products and creating a style guide - Redesigning the products interface to improve usability and readability - Conducting user interviews and usability testing to determine the users’ actual needs
