In charge of receiving and confirming customer orders to be scheduled for production
Analyze workflow planned and scheduled customer order based on material availability, machine capacity and constraints
Reviewing and analyse monthly production plan against target volume against capacity and resources

Analyze and control the flow of inventory
Monitoring and evaluation of productivity
Co-ordination of requirements for sub-contractor according to the type of orders
Preparing target plans for the company in relation to current customer demand and requirement

Acting as a liaison between the IT support team and manufacturing team
Working closely with the BI team to start new systems processes for manufacturing operations
Creating SOP’s for project functioning and solving manufacturing process errors through system
Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods or stability samples
Compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analysis
Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods or protocols
Perform visual inspections of finished products
