Scope:

Develops and controls budgets in the personnel and general affairs areas.
6. Maintains the employees’ records. Resolves employee’s personnel related problems, questions, etc. and liaises with other managers as part of the corporate management team.
7. Motivates, supervises and leads the Personnel and General Affairs Team. Ensures Personnel and GA Department are properly staffed with competent, trained people who know and understand their duties, responsibilities and objectives. Ensures they are properly and equitably rewarded for their contribution to the Company and that they have the opportunity and support to develop and be promoted to their maximum potential. Delegates work responsibility and authority as necessary to achieve results.
8. Ensures that all activities conducted personally or by subordinates comply with Legal and corporate requirements. And ensures that her Superior is kept informed on opportunity developments or problems, which will impact the business.

4. Helps the Superior in salary increase process and decision by providing the market information on the salary increases and condition. Supervises administration of wages and employee benefits. Authorizes all payable occurred up to the agreed amount.
5. The whole system operated by 110 employees. We produced on average 8,000 Kg thread or US $ 48,000 per day.
