Responsible for the identification, qualification, pursuit and capture of international business opportunities for the Air Weapons and Sensors (AW&S) customer domain in execution of $1B in annual orders and industrial offset credit. Perform portfolio analysis and develop business cases that identify and qualify markets and growth opportunities which aid in the development of long-range business strategies. Develop and nurture customer relationships with Navy and Air Force capabilities requirements generators, program offices, and related operational commanders. Monitor government and military industrial activities and analysis of likely strategies. Oversee development and execution of customer contact plans. Collaborate with Program Managers, System Engineering team, and Supply Chain Management to execute capture team objectives and to identify industrial cooperation opportunities with foreign partner businesses consistent with company goals. Expertise in all areas of strategy, pipeline management and implementation for the naval surface combatant and cruise missile line of business, including Aegis combat system, solid state radar, anti-surface and anti-submarine missiles, and air-to-ground precision strike weapons.
