I am a father who graduated from the Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau in 2010. I have learned and also contributed to several private companies over the last 10 years, specifically contributing to Sales & Marketing , People Development, and Customer Care .
After being in the sales & marketing team from 2010-2016, I then became a Trainer for Trainee (Trainer Sales) & Customer Care Manager from 2016 to 2020. At the end of 2020, I decided to resign from my job for a very important decision for my family. After resigning, I worked on several freelance jobs according to my interests. I'm passionate in training, sales & marketing, and customer service.
Through the process of my life's journey until now, I have come to know myself more and more, especially my strengths. And from several test results, as well as self- reflection, I found several strengths within myself:

>Do some freelance activities for automotive company, writing articles in Warta Perkantas & Qureta, and collaborating on book writing.

>Monitor the implementation of e-learning monthly, and ensure that the implementation reaches 100%

>Conducting a needs analysis on training materials for manpower sales force development and also developing training materials to make more interesting & relevant
>Collaborate with HRD to carry out the recruitment process starting from selecting applications, interviews, or conducting Forum Group Discussions
