Responsible for project developing, sales communicating and supplier maintaining to ensure product complying with company policy, in terms of cost control, safety consideration, product internal testing criteria, local regulation and logistic relative regulation to customer's.
Major achievements :
Kinmen Kaoliang Crystalized Bottle achieved 1M Euro within 3 days vs planned of one month in August 2020. Although the feasibility check took more time due to cost control and special bottle assessment including materials study, supplier assessment in terms of quality, business scale, lead-time and cost thru team work we still finalized the design and delivery in time. Kinmen gave us very positive feedback on this project.
E-Learning score was to rank Top 2 in Taiwan and Top 10 in Greater China
Recognized as VPO Star Award in Feb, 2020 of Greater China
Delivered Annual Business Target in Taiwan each year.

Major achievements : - In order to avoid knit accessories go wet, innovated a new functional product -
Water-Proof on Beanie/Scarf/Glove for the Company. T -
For process optimization, applied new pattern of Knitted Cap all-in-one to most
sportswear which also resulted in a better looking shape to meet customer's' preference.

Responsible for setting up brand-new business in Greater China; including setting
up brand new office in Shanghai, setting up over 10 counters in department stores
and first direct business store and contract with over 5 agents in China Also, in
charge of developing, expanding and promoting business brand and top & bottom line.
Major achievements : - Successfully set up new business in Shanghai and also developed 6 retail stores in
malls, 1 direct store and 1 distributor in 6 provinces. -
Business revenue increased 3% up per annum. - Reached high tickets and turnover in Asia Pacific Department Shanghai for
women's knitted accessories - Due to limit resources and timeframe, I designed a self-made brand catalogue for
business needs.
