I am working at KINGMAKERIII footwear which locate at the central of Vietnam Quang Ngai since the end of 2021. I am handling Business Planning of multi-brands Crocs, Columbia and Heydude, with the yearly shipping output nearly 20 million. The experience of business expansion strategy, PM and the kick off brand of new manufacturing factory in india.
The experience of earlier than what im doing now, I joined Euro Skins Co.,Ltd trading company since 2010 while I had self-produced plain shirt sale online and supplying it to the region boutique shops. I took care of the relationship and maintain with the Italian suppliers and being a sale at the same time. Because of the time difference, the working hrs nearly 16 of 24.
The leather and PU sensitive materials for women’s boots and high heels from Italy are the critical product that i was selling with the full experience of Lineapelle exhibition in Bologna/Milan every year for marketing and exchanging the feedback of the items and developing/customize the new items for future market. I leading team to present our items at the Lineapelle exhibition Guangzhou. From the above experience, teamwork and group cooperation are definitely one of the most important part of success.
The development of consumption pattern and fast fashion has been involved, no matter what kind of business is, we have to be responsive to change, flexible and keep a positive mental attitude towards changing. I hope that I could present myself with my experience for different responsibilities in the near future.

1. Develop potential customers and sell.
2. I had to develop the new items with Italian suppliers or tanneries every season. Before production I'll take a refer to
customer suggestion and marketing research. After that, we will organize all the detailed information, including
quotations and the samples that are ready to send all at once to our regular client before launching our new items.
At the beginning of each month, we have some relevant items that the company may be interested in that will also
be sent to our customers to maintain our relationship.
3. Customer retention between suppliers, traders and customers. I have to deal with customer complaints and
respond immediately. That feedback could be useful to discuss and to propose further improvements.
4. Logistics management. I had to arrange the entire process of shipping and schedule the orders from Europe to the mainland, tracking shipments commitment.
