Bryan Moll graduated from Missouri State University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. In addition to his studies he was involved in Division 1 soccer for his university. Bryan Moll began his career as a Recruiter for Citigroup and his career ballooned from there. After one year he became an Executive Recruiter at The Execu/Search Group where he successfully recruited and placed Human Resource professionals within banking, media, and marketing industries. For the next several years Bryan Moll worked his way up the ladder from Recruiting Manager to Recruiting Director to Director of Talent Acquisition at a variety of companies. His main duties included conducting executive searches, network building, implementing advanced recruiting technologies, increasing recruitment efficiency, and he was responsible for reducing outside recruitment vendor usage which resulted in major cost savings.
