My name is Justin. After graduation, I have an opportunity to enter in the automation industry. Gradually, I became interested and enthusiastic about technology products ,and Food industry Moreover, I am a good listener who is also good at conversation and let others feel ease. I am now working in Robot Technology as a development business and business specialist. The job duties include fan group management, sales development, customer contact and visit, product introduction, layout service, communication with technical department and clients, project expedited, information collection, sample inspection, product acceptance, CRM system management and exhibition development, etc.
Achievement
1. After three months of probation, I had a good performance which the average of the business cases I found is 3-4 potential cases every month.
2. I have let the company's brand be well expanded by attending exhibition, doing hard work on letter delivery and also my well sales skills which successfully got 13 of 22 business cases and accomplished the cases for the customers in a short time. The total is 60% of success rate of my potential customers’ cases which I had not only maintained the original customers of company, but also developed much more new customers.
3. I have well prepared the ppt presentation of our company service for each customer according to their industry requirements every month and narrated complete information of "International Automation Exhibition" for them. I am familiar with the automation industry and also the manufacturing process, so that I can evaluate the benefit for the customers which its industry, such as Food industry Semiconductor, CNC Machine Tool and PCB, and measured if they were suitable to use our products or not.
4. I have cooperated with system integrators to develop special machines for customers. The amount of cases ranges from $10,000-$12,000,000, including the service of signing the contract, issue the invoice, examine machines and machine delivery.
I approach my work with a "today's task, today's completion" attitude, and I'm willing to work late into the night if needed to ensure tasks are completed diligently. I am a dedicated learner and always strive to improve.
In the future, I aspire to work in a stable yet challenging work environment where I can utilize my strengths. Currently, I am self-studying English and project management courses to enhance my professional skills. I have high expectations for my future and am committed to continuous growth and progress.

1.固定客戶的維繫與合作外,以及負責開發桃園與新竹的食品市場,明白客戶的需求及詳細講解公司的產品,為客戶提供客製化服務,進而達成共識。
2.負責該區域的每月、年業績報告及提出實際改善方案,找出核心問題,提升該區績效業績。主要負責新竹區桃園區開發客戶(飯店、餐廳等)及舊有客戶的聯繫及經銷商品項價格接洽等業務,案子從萬元到十幾萬元不等,合約書簽訂、交貨。
3.協助大型展場業務,每個禮拜的業績報告,提出實際增加業績的方法,試吃人員、促銷活動等,最大的優勢在於聆聽,聆聽客戶、經銷商的需求,提供實質的服務。
