Job Description|
1.擅長跨部門溝通合作,PM在專案中上扮演著客戶與公司的橋樑,需要與各個部門溝通協調合作,例如:生管部門、物控部門、交管部門、倉管部門⋯⋯等,同時需與客戶積極溝通,提升彼此間的合作效率。 
2.負責售後服務專案,協助客戶解決各種問題與情況,主要負責案子為Amazon、Lenovo、Netapp⋯⋯等,同時負責的客戶窗口約有25間公司。 
3.追蹤返修產品的進度,並回報進度給客人,確認維修原因、維修照片、維修內容,若不在保固範圍內,則需計算維修費用,並提供報價單,請客人下PO支付。
