Work Experience

1. Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) 

          By enhancing the preventive maintenance plan for equipment, through proactive scheduling of maintenance and inspection tasks, along with systematic management of equipment maintenance duties, we aim to reduce the risk of equipment failures, minimize downtime, increase equipment efficiency, and save on repair costs

                                                       

    

2. Whole Factory Monitoring (WFM)

According to the two-dimensional factory floor plan provided by the customer, locate the coordinates of the relative position on the floor plan, output it as a json file, and change the color to the color of the pre-defined machine state on the system by the coordinate data. The current state of the machine and monitor the whole factory in a relatively real-time state.


3. Report System (RPT) 

According to the requirements provided by the customer, the data is extracted from the MES database and the historical database, and after the data is sorted, the appropriate charts are output according to the work situation of the field personnel for presentation to speed up the field work efficiency.


4. MES Web

Change the old version of MES (Java GUI) to WEB for presentation and do extended development according to the problems raised by customers to meet customer needs.

1. Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Through the control chart and analysis chart, users can grasp the current production data status, and create events when the data exceeds the control or specification limit and notify relevant personnel to troubleshoot problems, shorten the time of abnormal data, improve the quality and yield of the production process, and reduce the user's production cost the ultimate goal.


2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Most factories require a lot of manpower as a bridge between equipment and production line due to the difficulty of data integration. Therefore, many factories still use paper-based methods to inspect equipment at a specific time when doing IPQC inspection work. This team developed Digital inspection list to achieve paperless and automated processes to reduce labor and time costs of inspection work


3. Overall Equipment Effectiveness Dashboard (OEE Dashboard)

Through OEE indicators, the factory site personnel can grasp the status of the equipment in real time, thereby ensuring the stability of the production process.


4. Predictive Maintenance (PDM)

Collect equipment data and train models through sensors and controllers to learn equipment or parts damage in advance, so as to facilitate subsequent equipment replacement and repair work, thereby reducing the downtime of the production line and improving production efficiency and reduce the production of defective products to reduce production costs.

1. Google Vision API integration ( NTU Department Of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture ) 

Develop a Node program and package it into an executable file, place the executable file in the planned folder structure, analyze the photos provided by the user through google vision api, and write the returned results into EXCEL


2. Google Reviews & Google Map integration ( NTU Department Of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture )

Integrate Google Map API and Wextractor API to obtain review data and user-uploaded images and write them into the database for users to download EXCEL
