PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Necessary arrangements to control non-standard generation.

Responsibilities include monitoring pipe testing such as hydro tester unit and other different tests. Also black
pipes final packing and dispatching.

Making all possible efforts to achieve production target and reducing down times.
to ensure production log-book is control/filled by plant shift in charges and to cross check daily production
report with this on a random basis.
Established standard operating procedures of plant operation and different process related equipment.
to identify & suggest new methods/procedures for improvement of productivity & quality. Assumption and budgeting of every mills planning and scheduling of pipe sizes and raw material availability.
Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual production, down time consumption reports and graphs, making
monthly incentives.
to co-ordinate with prod planning dept for availability of material, and mech maintenance, elect/electronics,
hydraulic and others dept for daily plant trouble shooting.
Preparing schedule of preventive/weekely, monthly maintenance of plants at off days or gazette holiday.
to monitor consumable budget & ensure it to be within budget.
to check and making a list of physically stock status of spares and keep information to the manager
manufacturing about the deficiency.
to coordinate with purchase department & store in respect of timely availability of consumable spares whether
imported or local for smooth running of plant.
Providing operational awareness among the apprentice and groom up their caliber.
to analyze & develop statistical data for production and give suggestions for further betterment.
Acting as a departmental head of health, safety and environmental control.
Also monitor and plan the scheduled maintenance and repairs on our plant. Arrange the spares and other items
for maintenance accordingly, also carry out regular inspection of our mills.

His responsibility is to handle out all the management reports.
His primary responsibility is to ensure quality products are delivered to the customers.
He is responsible to delivery 100% quality products to customers' at all time.
His responsibility is to monitor of in-processed products in production area.
His responsibility is to maintain quality instruments in QC room to check components.
His responsibility is to minimize product rework or rejection and maintain zero rejection where possible.
He is responsible to ensure that QC room is always kept clean and tidy.
