Promoted to lead and manage the Singapore branch of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the world’s largest business support network for SMEs with international ambitions to connect Singapore companies with the EU market via B2B matching and trade missions
Brought stability to the EEN Team, improved communication and collaboration between SMF departments via solid understanding of the social dynamics in the workplace and effective stakeholder management
Successful organization of more than 10 B2B matching sessions involving more than 200 companies from Singapore and the EU with trade deals worth more than 3 million dollars
Lead the EEN team to achieve biannual departmental KPIs within 2 months of the second half year tranche.
Work closely with local companies and C-level clientele to understand their business functions and needs for internationalization.
Marketing & organizing of incoming and outgoing business missions, seminars, conferences and outreach events relating to EU-Singapore B2B trade in tandem with foreign embassies, trade associations and business groups.
Provide secretariat support to EEN Singapore committee meetings to ensure alignment of local efforts for global directions/strategies including the close tracking of key performance indicators and results.
Marketing & organizing of more than 20 Singapore pavilions in government supported trade exhibitions and business missions in accordance to assigned industries and geographic regions.
Managing preparations for incoming delegations and foreign dignitaries to SMF with the necessary proper protocol & etiquette procedures.
Sell & promote wire ropes & rigging equipment to marine based customers, primarily from local based shipyards and ship-owners.
Achieved SGD $3.28 Million in total sales revenue
Identifying & researching potential leads & opportunities in the marine safety & leisure boat industry
Achieved SGD $800,000 in total sales revenue.
