您好,我是王宗浩,39歲,來自台北。我成長於一個開明且快樂的家庭,父母皆在保險公司任職超過三十年。這樣的成長環境間接地培養了我在人際溝通方面的能力。我平時喜歡閱讀書籍,尤其是心理學和哲學相關的。這些書籍啟發了我對自我的不同面向的認識,也讓我更加善於觀察在工作中的細節。我勇於嘗試各種不同的挑戰,從熱血設計開始的工作經歷到現在,我不斷地獲得一些意想不到的技能,包括攝影、視覺規劃和導演等。這些技能原本不在我的專業範疇內,但在工作中的需求下,我開始自我學習並成功應用於各項任務之中。正如前公司名稱所言,我對於工作上的專業追求和突破渴望是絕對熱血的!


我在工作中秉持著認真負責的態度,一旦開始工作,就要求自己達到最佳水準。我堅持著「不僅要做到、還要做得更好」的原則,用積極的態度面對各種大小任務。在過去的十年中,我主要從事從零到一的任務。我擅長於品牌建立、行銷策略、業務開發、部門整合溝通、社群經營、創意美感以及團隊領導等方面。我常常是老闆的得力助手,勇於接受挑戰並勇於承擔責任。我對於同事抱持著相信專業的態度,願意聽取各方意見並共同討論,以做出最佳決策。面對老闆,我會以嚴謹的態度和專業的表現進行溝通,定期回報工作進展並分享不同的想法和創意。對於主管的職責,我學習到了冷靜處理問題、不斷換位思考、溝通明確以及公私分明,並堅持著「Do the right thing and do the thing right 」的原則。


任職於熱血時期

作為廣告系學生出身,我的專業背景貫穿了數十家品牌的分析與行銷企劃,以及基礎的沙盤推演。機緣巧合下,我有幸進入由知名藝人陳建州先生創立的潮流品牌。進入該公司時,起初擔任網路行銷企劃人員,主要負責熱血品牌在國內外線上銷售通路的管理(官網、yahoo、淘寶、博客來...),包括行銷宣傳、商品上架、客服回覆及訂單處理等多項職務。公司內部當時正面臨著一些挑戰,大部分員工準備離職,因此我負責接手了國內外線下經銷通路及直營店的業務。雖然進入公司僅不到一年,但我陸續扛下了公司三分之二的職務內容。憑藉著堅持與努力,我成功解決了眾多問題,讓老闆感受到我對品牌的熱忱與決心,因此在工作不到一年後,便晉升為品牌經理,主要跟老闆共同規劃公司走向,獲得了在公司事務和決策上更大的權限。

在第一年,我花了大量時間解決法務、財務和內部政策相關問題,並重新整理了所有國內外線上和線下通路的業務流程和貨量分配,有效地停止將近兩年的虧損。第二年開始,我將重點轉向海外拓展,並將生產基地轉移到中國,並將公司的收益轉虧為盈。隨後的三、四年中,我專注於台灣和中國的市場,開設了上海等地的分公司辦事處,並與當地工廠簽訂了戰略合作協議,線下的實體商店布局至香港、澳門、廣州、上海、北京、成都、蘇州等等共四十多家。除了大量業務增長外,我在團隊的規畫編制上也擴充了不少人員及新部門,如媒體事業部、海外事業發展部、商品製成部門。在這段期間,我收穫最多的是人員管理與成本預算分析技能,以及一級主管的培訓養成。在品牌策略分析及定位、行銷操作、社群經營、業務開發、商業模式的建立、視覺設計、商品規劃、團隊領導的專業技能上成長不少。

大約在2016年至2019年期間,由於中國本土品牌的崛起,對海外銷售造成了巨大衝擊。遭受到各家品牌價格戰不斷打擊的這種情況,我開始思考如何應對這一挑戰。最終跟老闆決議出,開始設置停損並調整專換公司型態,將焦點從服裝品牌轉移到提供專業服務,開始為不同品牌提供企劃、設計、視覺規劃和影像紀錄等服務。這一轉變使我們的團隊擁有了更多的多元化能力,可以應對不同類型的項目需求。與此同時,我們也接手了福爾摩沙夢想家職業籃球隊的球團經營及管理項目。

任職於夢想家時期

在這一時期,我們團隊面臨著全新的挑戰。與管理服裝品牌不同,經營一支球隊需要面對更多不同的挑戰。我們不僅要做好宣傳和行銷,還需要從零開始制定全新的計劃和設定。這包括球隊品牌的定位、名稱、個性、視覺規劃、行銷策略等方面,以及與東南亞職業籃球聯盟的相關溝通和財務計劃。

我將在熱血時期近十年積累的經驗和技能全都應用到了這個項目中,從品牌定位到視覺設計,再到主場活動的企劃安排,都讓品牌呈現出標準化和專業化。我們的目標不僅是打造一支籃球隊,更是打造一個具有收藏價值且能持續提升價值的品牌。

在這三年的過程,我們率先打開籃球運動職業化的標竿,讓各方有力人士看到我們的成績之餘,也吸引了不少企業老闆願意投入市場,因為這樣也加速了後續PLG聯盟的組建。

任職於PLG聯盟時期

2020年初,當COVID-19疫情嚴重影響國際局勢時,我們面臨了新的挑戰。在此同時陳建州先生提出了在國內創辦職業籃球聯盟的想法,並經過團隊幾個月的籌備及部署,PLG聯盟於2020年五月正式成立。對我來說這又是一個全新的開始,從0-1我及團隊們必須擴增不同的團隊編制,建立新的部門,並全面提升專業化和品牌化水平。最重要的是,這一份成績將繼續延續下去,並強化了整個運動市場的活絡。

About Me

Hello, I'm HOW, 39 years old, from Taipei. I grew up in an enlightened and joyful family, where both my parents have worked in the insurance industry for over thirty years. Such a nurturing environment indirectly cultivated my interpersonal communication skills. I enjoy reading books in my spare time, especially those related to psychology and philosophy. These books have inspired me to understand different aspects of myself and have made me more adept at observing details in my work. I am bold in taking on various challenges, from my work experience starting with Passionate Design until now, where I continuously acquire unexpected skills, including photography, visual planning, and directing. These skills were initially outside my professional scope, but due to job requirements, I began self-learning and successfully applied them to various tasks. As the name of my previous company suggests, my pursuit of professionalism and the desire to excel in my work are absolutely passionate!


In my work, I uphold a serious and responsible attitude. Once I begin a task, I strive to achieve the best possible results. I adhere to the principle of "not just doing, but doing better," approaching tasks of all sizes with a positive attitude. Over the past decade, I have mainly engaged in projects starting from scratch. I excel in brand building, marketing strategies, business development, departmental integration communication, community management, creative aesthetics, and team leadership. I am often a reliable assistant to my superiors, boldly accepting challenges and responsibilities. I maintain a professional attitude towards my colleagues, willing to listen to all opinions and engage in discussions to make the best decisions. When dealing with superiors, I communicate with rigor and professionalism, regularly reporting progress and sharing different ideas and creativity. In my supervisory responsibilities, I have learned to handle problems calmly, constantly adopt a perspective-shift, communicate clearly, maintain clear boundaries between personal and professional matters, and adhere to the principle of "Do the right thing and do the thing right."

During my tenure at FEVER Design, as a graduate of the advertising department, my professional background traversed the analysis and marketing planning of dozens of brands, as well as basic scenario simulations. By a stroke of luck, I had the opportunity to join a trendy brand founded by the renowned artist Chen Jianzhou. When I entered the company, I initially served as an online marketing planner, mainly responsible for managing the domestic and international online sales channels of Passionate brand (official website, Yahoo, Taobao, Books.com, etc.), including marketing promotion, product placement, customer service responses, and order processing. At that time, the company was facing some challenges, with most employees preparing to resign. Consequently, I took over the business of domestic and international offline distribution channels and directly operated stores. Although I had been with the company for less than a year, I gradually assumed two-thirds of the company's duties. Through perseverance and effort, I successfully resolved numerous issues, allowing the boss to feel my enthusiasm and determination for the brand. Therefore, less than a year into the job, I was promoted to brand manager, primarily planning the company's direction with the boss, gaining greater authority in the company's affairs and decision-making.

In the first year, I spent a lot of time solving legal, financial, and internal policy-related issues, and reorganized the business processes and volume distribution of all domestic and international online and offline channels, effectively halting nearly two years of losses. From the second year onwards, I shifted my focus to overseas expansion, relocated production bases to China, and turned the company's profits around. In the following three to four years, I focused on the markets in Taiwan and China, opening branch offices in cities such as Shanghai and signing strategic cooperation agreements with local factories. I expanded the layout of physical stores to more than forty locations including Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, and Suzhou. In addition to significant business growth, I also expanded the team by adding personnel and new departments such as the media business department, overseas business development department, and product manufacturing department. During this period, I gained valuable skills in personnel management and cost budget analysis, as well as training for first-level supervisors. I made considerable progress in professional skills such as brand strategy analysis and positioning, marketing operations, community management, business development, establishment of business models, visual design, product planning, and team leadership.

Around 2016 to 2019, due to the rise of domestic brands in China, overseas sales suffered a significant impact. Faced with relentless price wars from various brands, I began to contemplate how to respond to this challenge. Ultimately, after consulting with the boss, we decided to set up stop-loss measures and adjust the company's focus, shifting from a clothing brand to providing professional services, offering planning, design, visual planning, and image recording services to different brands. This transformation equipped our team with more diverse capabilities to meet the needs of various types of projects. At the same time, we also took over the operation and management project of the Formosa Dreamers professional basketball team.

During this period of transition, despite facing significant internal changes and the development of new businesses, it was a time of continuous learning and adaptation for me. We successfully managed to maintain our market position and even expanded into new areas of service provision. I gained valuable experience in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning, all of which have prepared me for future challenges.

During my time at Formosa Dreamers, we faced a completely new set of challenges. Unlike managing a clothing brand, running a sports team requires addressing a broader range of challenges. We not only had to focus on promotion and marketing but also had to develop entirely new plans and strategies from scratch. This included positioning the team's brand, naming, personality, visual planning, marketing strategies, as well as communication and financial planning with the ASEAN Basketball League.

I applied all the experience and skills I had accumulated over nearly a decade at Passionate Design to this project, from brand positioning to visual design, and even event planning for home games, making the brand standardized and professional. Our goal was not only to build a basketball team but also to create a brand with collectible value that could continuously increase in value.

During these three years, we set a benchmark for the professionalization of basketball sports, attracting significant attention from various stakeholders and accelerating the subsequent formation of the PLG League.

During my time at the PLG League, which was founded in May 2020, my team and I faced new challenges amid the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the international situation. With Mr. Chen Jianzhou's proposal to establish a professional basketball league domestically, and after several months of preparation and deployment by the team, the PLG League was officially established in May 2020. For me, this was another fresh start. From 0 to 1, my team and I had to expand the team structure, establish new departments, and comprehensively enhance the level of professionalism and branding. Importantly, this achievement would continue, strengthening the vitality of the entire sports market.

Through communication and interaction with colleagues and supervisors, I will continue to learn and grow, making the team more cohesive and driving the company's continuous development. 您好,我是王宗浩,39歲,來自台北。我成長於一個開明且快樂的家庭,父母皆在保險公司任職超過三十年。這樣的成長環境間接地培養了我在人際溝通方面的能力。我平時喜歡閱讀書籍,尤其是心理學和哲學相關的。這些書籍啟發了我對自我的不同面向的認識,也讓我更加善於觀察在工作中的細節。我勇於嘗試各種不同的挑戰,從熱血設計開始的工作經歷到現在,我不斷地獲得一些意想不到的技能,包括攝影、視覺規劃和導演等。這些技能原本不在我的專業範疇內,但在工作中的需求下,我開始自我學習並成功應用於各項任務之中。正如前公司名稱所言,我對於工作上的專業追求和突破渴望是絕對熱血的!

任職於熱血時期

作為廣告系學生出身,我的專業背景貫穿了數十家品牌的分析與行銷企劃,以及基礎的沙盤推演。機緣巧合下,我有幸進入由知名藝人陳建州先生創立的潮流品牌。進入該公司時,起初擔任網路行銷企劃人員,主要負責熱血品牌在國內外線上銷售通路的管理(官網、yahoo、淘寶、博客來...),包括行銷宣傳、商品上架、客服回覆及訂單處理等多項職務。公司內部當時正面臨著一些挑戰,大部分員工準備離職,因此我負責接手了國內外線下經銷通路及直營店的業務。雖然進入公司僅不到一年,但我陸續扛下了公司三分之二的職務內容。憑藉著堅持與努力,我成功解決了眾多問題,讓老闆感受到我對品牌的熱忱與決心,因此在工作不到一年後,便晉升為品牌經理,主要跟老闆共同規劃公司走向,獲得了在公司事務和決策上更大的權限。

在第一年,我花了大量時間解決法務、財務和內部政策相關問題,並重新整理了所有國內外線上和線下通路的業務流程和貨量分配,有效地停止將近兩年的虧損。第二年開始,我將重點轉向海外拓展,並將生產基地轉移到中國,並將公司的收益轉虧為盈。隨後的三、四年中,我專注於台灣和中國的市場,開設了上海等地的分公司辦事處,並與當地工廠簽訂了戰略合作協議,線下的實體商店布局至香港、澳門、廣州、上海、北京、成都、蘇州等等共四十多家。除了大量業務增長外,我在團隊的規畫編制上也擴充了不少人員及新部門,如媒體事業部、海外事業發展部、商品製成部門。在這段期間,我收穫最多的是人員管理與成本預算分析技能,以及一級主管的培訓養成。在品牌策略分析及定位、行銷操作、社群經營、業務開發、商業模式的建立、視覺設計、商品規劃、團隊領導的專業技能上成長不少。

大約在2016年至2019年期間,由於中國本土品牌的崛起,對海外銷售造成了巨大衝擊。遭受到各家品牌價格戰不斷打擊的這種情況,我開始思考如何應對這一挑戰。最終跟老闆決議出,開始設置停損並調整專換公司型態,將焦點從服裝品牌轉移到提供專業服務,開始為不同品牌提供企劃、設計、視覺規劃和影像紀錄等服務。這一轉變使我們的團隊擁有了更多的多元化能力,可以應對不同類型的項目需求。與此同時,我們也接手了福爾摩沙夢想家職業籃球隊的球團經營及管理項目。

任職於夢想家時期

在這一時期,我們團隊面臨著全新的挑戰。與管理服裝品牌不同,經營一支球隊需要面對更多不同的挑戰。我們不僅要做好宣傳和行銷,還需要從零開始制定全新的計劃和設定。這包括球隊品牌的定位、名稱、個性、視覺規劃、行銷策略等方面,以及與東南亞職業籃球聯盟的相關溝通和財務計劃。

我將在熱血時期近十年積累的經驗和技能全都應用到了這個項目中,從品牌定位到視覺設計,再到主場活動的企劃安排,都讓品牌呈現出標準化和專業化。我們的目標不僅是打造一支籃球隊,更是打造一個具有收藏價值且能持續提升價值的品牌。

在這三年的過程,我們率先打開籃球運動職業化的標竿,讓各方有力人士看到我們的成績之餘,也吸引了不少企業老闆願意投入市場,因為這樣也加速了後續PLG聯盟的組建。

2020年初,當COVID-19疫情嚴重影響國際局勢時,我們面臨了新的挑戰。在此同時陳建州先生提出了在國內創辦職業籃球聯盟的想法,並經過團隊幾個月的籌備及部署,PLG聯盟於2020年五月正式成立。對我來說這又是一個全新的開始,從0-1我及團隊們必須擴增不同的團隊編制,建立新的部門,並全面提升專業化和品牌化水平。最重要的是,這一份成績將繼續延續下去,並強化了整個運動市場的活絡。

About Me

Hello, I'm HOW, 39 years old, from Taipei. I grew up in an enlightened and joyful family, where both my parents have worked in the insurance industry for over thirty years. Such a nurturing environment indirectly cultivated my interpersonal communication skills. I enjoy reading books in my spare time, especially those related to psychology and philosophy. These books have inspired me to understand different aspects of myself and have made me more adept at observing details in my work. I am bold in taking on various challenges, from my work experience starting with Passionate Design until now, where I continuously acquire unexpected skills, including photography, visual planning, and directing. These skills were initially outside my professional scope, but due to job requirements, I began self-learning and successfully applied them to various tasks. As the name of my previous company suggests, my pursuit of professionalism and the desire to excel in my work are absolutely passionate!


In my work, I uphold a serious and responsible attitude. Once I begin a task, I strive to achieve the best possible results. I adhere to the principle of "not just doing, but doing better," approaching tasks of all sizes with a positive attitude. Over the past decade, I have mainly engaged in projects starting from scratch. I excel in brand building, marketing strategies, business development, departmental integration communication, community management, creative aesthetics, and team leadership. I am often a reliable assistant to my superiors, boldly accepting challenges and responsibilities. I maintain a professional attitude towards my colleagues, willing to listen to all opinions and engage in discussions to make the best decisions. When dealing with superiors, I communicate with rigor and professionalism, regularly reporting progress and sharing different ideas and creativity. During my tenure at FEVER Design, as a graduate of the advertising department, my professional background traversed the analysis and marketing planning of dozens of brands, as well as basic scenario simulations. By a stroke of luck, I had the opportunity to join a trendy brand founded by the renowned artist Chen Jianzhou. When I entered the company, I initially served as an online marketing planner, mainly responsible for managing the domestic and international online sales channels of Passionate brand (official website, Yahoo, Taobao, Books.com, etc.), including marketing promotion, product placement, customer service responses, and order processing. At that time, the company was facing some challenges, with most employees preparing to resign. Consequently, I took over the business of domestic and international offline distribution channels and directly operated stores. Although I had been with the company for less than a year, I gradually assumed two-thirds of the company's duties. Through perseverance and effort, I successfully resolved numerous issues, allowing the boss to feel my enthusiasm and determination for the brand. Therefore, less than a year into the job, I was promoted to brand manager, primarily planning the company's direction with the boss, gaining greater authority in the company's affairs and decision-making.

In the first year, I spent a lot of time solving legal, financial, and internal policy-related issues, and reorganized the business processes and volume distribution of all domestic and international online and offline channels, effectively halting nearly two years of losses. From the second year onwards, I shifted my focus to overseas expansion, relocated production bases to China, and turned the company's profits around. In the following three to four years, I focused on the markets in Taiwan and China, opening branch offices in cities such as Shanghai and signing strategic cooperation agreements with local factories. I expanded the layout of physical stores to more than forty locations including Hong Kong, Macau, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, and Suzhou. In addition to significant business growth, I also expanded the team by adding personnel and new departments such as the media business department, overseas business development department, and product manufacturing department. During this period, I gained valuable skills in personnel management and cost budget analysis, as well as training for first-level supervisors. I made considerable progress in professional skills such as brand strategy analysis and positioning, marketing operations, community management, business development, establishment of business models, visual design, product planning, and team leadership.

Around 2016 to 2019, due to the rise of domestic brands in China, overseas sales suffered a significant impact.
