After setting the 4W 1 H concept. Directly work together with the head of IT Content growth and CTO to set up,
create and deliver what We need.
3. Sampling from source crawled and working with the content team to review source crawled ( Pass or not)
4. Work with the IT team to modify the next crawler to improve source crawled based on data collected from
the content team review ( how source/channel patterns which always rejected by the content team and what kind of source/channel which always accepted by the content team.

In my role as a Product Manager for Video at BABE, I played a crucial part in developing and managing our video content strategy. My responsibilities included:1. Setting up, planning, and executing video for BABE from scratch
2. Coordinate with the Product Team (Head of Product, UX & UI Design team, and of course with IT client
and backend developer)
3. Make a plan and do some research (collaborate with data analyst) to determine what kind of
video will work for BABE user
4. Do some testing with digital marketing to ensure which type of content will attract targeted segmented
