In this position, I am responsible for managing the business transformation program of the Central Bank of Iran for more than 5 years. Ensuring the realization of the benefits defined for this program is my most important task in this work. This task is performed through continuous monitoring and control of sub programs, projects and actions defined under this program. In this program, more than 54 sub program, projects and actions are defined and my responsibility includes controlling and monitoring all of them.
In this position, I was responsible for managing a number of projects defined under the Central Bank of Iran Business Transformation Program. Most of these projects were defined with the aim of improving the level of maturity of business process management and information technology management as two major business capabilities of the Central Bank of Iran. During the short time I was working in this position, I was able to formulate the business process management processes of the Central Bank and provide the ground for selecting the appropriate consultant and contractor. Following this, a business process management system was developed and deployed.
For more than 15 years, I have worked as an expert, analyst and manager of enterprise architecture projects and information technology planning in Golestan Company.
During this time, I carried out several projects in those two areas of work, mainly in the electricity, banking, insurance and petrochemical industries.
In the last projects that I did in this position, we used capability based planning approach to formulate the business transformation programs for 2 customers in the insurance and petrochemical industries.
In this way, we could quickly translate business strategies and goals into programs, projects, and actions.
