As the NPI PM for POS series products (POS system, KIOSK, Mobile POS), I oversee the entire product development process, from RFQ and RFI stages to EVT, to ensure the successful development of minimum viable products for our clients.
As a Sustain PM, I managed handheld, IoT, and medical emergency products throughout their lifecycle after mass production. I was later promoted to Senior Product Manager.
Acted as a project manager for smart products for a large e-commerce client. Collaborated on designing prototypes and creating functional samples for client conceptual showcases. Managed outsourced development resources for system integration projects, serving as both a project manager and a mechanical engineer. Temp support as a mechanical engineer, I design monitoring camera products and collaborate on the development of accessories, such as customized charging dock designs.

Intelligent product development design and 3D printing class
In 2015, I was involved in a motorcycle accident where a car suddenly opened its door, causing damage to my right arm and thigh nerves. I underwent rehabilitation until August 2016 when I regained normal mobility. As a result, I had a professional gap in the past year.
During that time, I enrolled in the "Intelligent Product Development Design and 3D Printing Class" at Feng Chia University. The course content included freehand drawing of engineering drawings, computer-aided design (using AutoCAD), 2D and 3D modeling (using AutoCAD and Solidworks), and 3D printing (using Meshmixer, 123D, Tinkercad, and Cura). The final project of the course was to design a product concept for anti-shake photography, starting from product design discussions, freehand design concepts, 2D computer-aided design, 3D modeling, and finally 3D printing sample testing. Through the course, I gained practical 3D printing experience, which enabled me to troubleshoot printing issues and repair Delta printers.

To ensure the accuracy of the drawings, I communicate with Patent Engineers to understand the key elements of the client's patent case and the necessary drawings that need to be created. Depending on the technical aspects, industry type, and client requirements, I created 7-20 drawings for the patent application document.
My skills include:

- Using AutoCAD to create 2D plans and convert them into patent illustration format.
- Creating illustrations for "rejection of case" and "reply to rejection" case scenarios.
