- Lead a team to facilitate the total experience for employees in the company.
- Conduct an efficient communication plan via various tools (internal news, social media, forum and so on) to enhance the level of well-being in the company.
- Manage and initiate more than 20 company activities in a multi-region (Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore and Malaysia), with more than 3000 participants. In addition to the in-house activity, we aim to have a bigger impact on the industry. We often promote an activity at company level for a joint employee experience (e.g. Ocean Park, Huawei's collaboration).
- Integrate various aspects (Sustainability, Relationships <Activity> and Safety) to enhance the total experience for employees, which also facilitates smooth communication and individual development in the company.
- Lead a change from a traditional office to a digital workplace to reduce the 20% cost of office facilitation and the awareness of sustainable office (Green Office).
- Enhance safety awareness and performance via two initiations:
1. Establish a standard guideline for the working tools for the frontline employee.
2. Review the existing safety procedure to reduce 50% hidden problems with safety.
- Act as a bridge to raise environmental awareness (energy emissions, green living waste & recycling). As a result, we have reduced 20% energy spending annually.
