Project: Itinerary Management System
Project Description:
1. A platform that improve communication efficiency and multi-itinerary management among agents, sales, and travel planners.
2. Reducing time spent on itinerary discussion by 50%, and raising the conversion rate of customized tour enquiries from 2% to 60%.
3. Reorganizing existing itinerary entries from text blocks into modular components to improve reusability.

Project Description:
1. RoyalTek's first foray into consumer software products from it bread and butter ODM business.
2. I took responsibility of the UX design, business model, and contents.
Project 2: Breakfast Ordering Platform
Project Description:
1. Platform consists of two interfaces, one for clients and one for the restaurants.
2. Users can search for breakfast shops in a given vicinity, review the comments, pre-order, pay, and indicate the breakfast collection time.
3. Restaurants can manage their orders, employees, coupon and advertising campaigns, as well as generate reports of various statistics.
4. I was the UX designer and project manager.
Project 3: Speed Camera Device Control and Motorcade Tracking App
Project Description:
1. The app drives the speed camera device.
2. The main function of app includes device control, updating the firmware of the device, and motorcade tracking management.
3. I was the UX designer and project manager.
Project 4: HUD Navigation Device Control App
Project Description:
1. The app drives the HUD navigation device.
2. Uers can set destinations in the app and the instructions would be projected onto the HUD to show the way.

Project 5: Lora 868MHz Wireless Solution for Proximus Smart Home Box
Project Description:
1. It is an IOT device with temperature, humidity, and acceleration sensing capabilities, as well as GPS and LoRa low-power WAN connectivity. It has numerous applications, including schedule-based appliance control or sensor-triggered events.
2. I was project manager and learnt about hardware development workflow.
Project 6: Car Renting Value-Added Services Platform
Project Description:
1. The platform was developed with our partner car renting companies in mind. Its hardware integrates rear-view mirror, dash cam, wifi hotspot, LCD HUD, and RTK Cloud services. An accompanying app allows rental clients to book vehicles, unlock vehicles from unmanned rental locations, and unlock optional add-ons such as internet connectivity.
2. I was project manager and designed the platform features based on discussion with our partners. I also made suggestions for features to incorporate based on the customer journey map I developed.

While between jobs in April 2016, I took a month-long sabbathical to Europe and Africa. While in Kenya, I visited an orphanage in Ruiru, where I was able to spend time with the children.
