  • Lead 10 team members comprehensively to solve technical issues that would be a showstopper and improve the architecture to deliver projects with high quality.
  • Mentored 11 team members including DBA that why and how to follow the best practice, operation guide line (do's and Dont's) to increase the productivity.
  • End to end troubleshooting the dangling problems and shared the experience to stakeholders.  
  • Support RD team to implement spring actuator and thread dump to figure out the issues deeply.
  • Implemented nginx proxy by config generation, modulize, and parameterize to guarantee thousand of virtual hosts have consistent config and can reuse in every environment.
