1. 擁有10年以上前端開發經驗，精通React、TypeScript、React Hooks、Chakra UI 、Vite、Tailwind CSS、Sass等前端技術，能獨立解決問題。 

2. 熟悉後端開發且有與後端工程師合作的經驗，了解DevOps流程，包括CI/CD與Docker技術，能主動積極與後端工程師溝通與開 API 規格的能力 

3. 曾參與重建前端團隊的經驗：從 0 到 1 建構專案，建立標準開發流程、Code Review、 CI/CD 交付迭代自動化部署程式碼。 

4. 學習熱衷，行動力強，具有清晰的邏輯思維和良好的溝通協調能力。 

5. 清楚知道 Pure Function 與 Functional Programming 帶來的優勢，並能撰寫簡潔且可重用的代碼。 

6. 具有深入了解JavaScript核心概念，熟知 ES6+ 語法包括事件循環、Promise、ES6語法、事件冒泡和設計模式的專業知識。 

7. 確保程式碼品質：導入自動化測試工具 Jest 撰寫單元測試，避免改A壞B。 

8. 重視用戶體驗外，還具備跨裝置響應式網頁（RWD）的開發能力。 

9. 不僅精通 CSS的 先進布局技術，如 Flex 與 Grid，也能直接從Figma設計稿實現精準的 HTML / CSS頁面，還能與 UI/UX 設計師高效溝通及協作。
