Activities and key results:

• As a Web UI Developer: Update, maintain and deliver legacy code on AngularJS by myself for a suite of applications that constitutes the Intranet for Disney Parks Cast Members, originally done by 3 developers. 
• While working as a developer I started with deployment's planning, coordinating the implementation and validation steps with DevOps, QA, leads and client, this resulting in taking the responsibility of coordinating several deployments of multiple teams based on my improved process.
• I began leading the efforts to migrate the AngularJS applications to Flutter with a team of up to 5 members, accepting the challenges that this technology represents for a web-only application, accomplishing full data synchronization between ServiceNow and Firestore in just a couple of sprints
• Close relationship with the client, getting first-hand their requirements and needs as well as their immediate feedback, getting my re-categorization to the proper role within my first 10 months in the project.

Pulpomatic is an agnostic SaaS that simplifies online fleet management generating smart reports.

Activities and key results: 

• Coordinate a team of back-end and front-end engineers with the development of new features and reports based on requirements designed along side with the Product team crucial for the operations of clients such as DHL, Ezentis, Telcel and Fedex.
• As a team leader I led the team to achieve an integral and constant improvement of the managed projects, including reducing the technical debt up to 65%
• As owner of the front-end projects, and working with the Platforms team, with the European GDPR in mind, I managed to serve the platform access through a single front-end application deployed on Cloudfront, differentiating European accounts from other accounts dynamically

• As a front-end developer I was in charge for create a design system for a component library with style guides served via CDN. These styles applied to all Gestionix digital products
