• Develop and manage the supply chain budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Review the organization structure and make recommendations to modify in order to ensure quicker alignment with strategic objectives.
• Plan, organize and oversee the overall supply chain operation nationwide including warehouse, Inventory, Planning, Transportation, Distribution, and team development, and ensure that all activities comply with regulation, health, safety, ISO, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Determine space requirement for storage and economical utilization of both raw materials and finished goods and ensure proper and working inventory level for each SKU’s and ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Be a key and leader in the digital transformation strategy and drive continuous improvement initiatives from a supply chain perspective and manage supply chain projects with internal & external parties to enhance supply chain performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure good coordination and communication in facility and with other function and top management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing and periodically assess supplier performance to drive improvements in supplier quality and reliability.
• Simplification and periodically update standardization of processes to accelerate operations and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on global update, regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor team of supply chain, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, with provide guidance and support for team members to achieve departmental goals.
