COMMERCIAL & TECHNOLOGY SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

ETIHAD AIRWAYS  •  ABU DHABI   •.  2016 - 2018 

Responsible for commercial sales, middleware/API configurations and integrations, payment gateway and infrastructure technologies supporting a new fleet of Airbus (A380) and Boeing (787) aircraft. 

A high priority project for the airline, managing a budget in excess of $24 million across multiple departments, dispersed geographically. I was given full autonomy to complete the project requirements given my tenure and experience with the airlines. 

This role included all change and communications, committee meetings, change advisory board attendance and submissions, project status reporting plus senior workshop education sessions.

Commercial contract management and business partnerships with international suppliers, including Sabre Systems, Airbus and Boeing with frequent international travel to the USA and the Technology Hubs in Europe.

Contracted to lead the Partnerships, Alliances, Sales and Booking Migration with Sabre/Amadeus Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for Virgin Australia.
