我喜歡做產品開發,也喜歡進行商業開發,更喜歡同時兼具兩者任務的工作。
我創業失敗過,也幫別人創業成功過,親身以團隊領導者的身份,參與過兩次從0到1,並參與招聘了自己團隊裡的每一個夥伴,最多管理夥伴達35人,並打造團結力高的團隊。合作過的夥伴們,到現在都還持續維持著長久的合作關係。
由於大學與研究所的設計背景,我是一位具設計思維的產品開發者,開發過獲得40項以上國際設計獎項的產品,也做過單月千萬訂單的產品,並且善於利用實際數據佐證產品的成效。
因為曾經創辦過公司,我善於規劃新商業、合作模式,多次在完全陌生的情況下,找到國內外適合的合作夥伴窗口,並找到說服他人合作的機會點與議價能力。在台灣、新加坡以及東南亞各國金融圈洽談業務的經驗,幫助我可以在相對傳統、高度監管的領域中建立與其他公司的合作關係。
I’m good at building product and developing businesses, and I prefer to do those both ways for work.
I failed to start my own business, and I have helped others to succeed. I participated twice in the recruitment of every partner in my team. I have been managed for 35 members, and building team with high unity.
Design thinking and data driven mindset is already into my product developing process. Those products not only won for 40+ international design awards, but also with tens of millions of orders per month.
I am good at planning new business and partnership with others, had found suitable partners to slove our problem for many times. My experience in financial industry of Taiwan, Singapore and Asian countries, is helping me to partnerships with highly regulated companies.

將來商業銀行是台灣第一批純網路銀行,其特點為無實體分行、無業務員可推廣銀行服務。因此在資深策略經理一職,主要任務為找到具有大量用戶的網路服務、實體通路,透過合作獲取客戶以及曝光,並且從構思規劃開始,一路與團隊夥伴落地執行每一項規劃與推廣。
生態圈業務開發:任策略部門生態圈業務開發專案負責人,以不同客群的服務、企業為合作目標,制定戰略合作框架與撰寫標準化開發流程與團隊一同執行。除透過自有人脈接觸外,也透過陌生開發經歷找到各公司的合作窗口,並達成以下相關成績:
Axinan是新加坡的一間B2C網路保險公司,在東南亞各國與當地保險公司合作,提供SDK給合作夥伴、或直接使用APP進行線上保險銷售,主要業務範疇在手機、旅遊保險。自2019年年初開始,Axinan欲額外拓展B2B業務,故邀請了我來籌組、規劃B2B新業務,並預計要於一年內將B2B業務營收比例提升至公司營收30%。
新業務負責人:任B2B負責人,從0開始組建團隊並負責規劃新商業模式。一年內籌組了業務開發、產品開發、理賠審查與客戶服務四個部門,直接管理35人,分散於新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、印尼等四個國家辦公室,並達成以下成績:
「買家加購式保險(B2B2C)」
Addweup是我畢業後與兩位同學合作創立的金融科技公司,產品《UChange2 有錢途》是提供給機場的換匯商店的一項產品,讓離境的外籍旅客可以透過手機網頁,將剩餘的當地貨幣換回並存入母國的電子錢包中。由於團隊人力精簡,我主要負責產品開發、業務開發與籌集資金。Addweup陸續於2017、2018年完成兩輪共一千萬元的募資,公司於2019年將部分業務、產品出售並結束營業。
產品開發: 帶領6位夥伴一同開發《UChange2 有錢途》產品,從產品發想、市場調查、使用者訪談、流程設計與產品迭代更新。讓各國客戶可以用自己的手機,在離境機場內可以以常用語言、簡易操作流程與最迅速的使用方式,完成整體換匯操作。《UChange2 有錢途》產品共達成以下成績:
NEXT COMMERCIAL BANK is the first batch of neo-bank in Taiwan. We don’t have physical branches and sales staff to promote banking services. Therefore, in the position of “Senior Strategy Manager”, my job is leading the BD team to a built partnership with cooperation. Especially for internet companies with huge numbers of users, and big corporations with independent channels to help our growth. Here a the milestone for me and my teammates to achieve in this position:
Axinan is a B2C online insurance APP company in Singapore. It cooperates with local insurance companies in Southeast Asian countries, and provide SDK for partners or directly sale mobile insurance with APP. Since 2019, Axinan intends to expand its B2B business, so it invited me to organize and plan new B2B business.
Owner of new business: As the person in charge of B2B, I build a team from 0 and be responsible for planning a new business model. My team had 35 members, sepreatign in Axinan’s Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia country offices. Here are the achievement:
Business Development: Organize and leading the BD team to partnership with 11 large e-commerce companies in Southeast Asia, including Lazada, Shopee, Bukalapak, Shippit, Go-Jek and RedDoorz. Builing "Buyer Insurance (B2B2C)" and "Sellers Subscription Insurance (B2B2B)".
B2B2C Product monthly achievement:
Addweup is a fintech company founded by me and my classmates after graduation. Our product "UChange2" provided small amount exchange for currency exchange counter at the airport, and they can help departure foreign passenger to save it into their E-wallet. I responsible for product development, BD and fund-raising in the same time. Addweup successively finished two rounds fundrasing in total 10M. We sold part of businesses and products, closed operations in 2019.
Product Development: Lead 6 members to develop the "UChange2" product started from ideas, market research, user interviews, process design and iteration updates. We allow user from various countries to use it by their own mobile phones, and complete the entire process in theircommon languages. Here are the following acheveiment:
