中央研究院資訊科學所-個人化廣告詞生成系統

通過情緒分類系統來預測客戶對商品喜歡的程度，進而提升推薦商品的準確度，感知客戶情緒並產生客製化情緒風格的回應語句，從而提升顧客的服務滿意度。

  • 蒐集文獻所提供的資料集，通過前處理清理文字檔案資料並通過BERT內部機制進行斷詞，並以情緒分類任務及情緒風格文句生成任務兩個任務組成，情緒分類任務中採用了畢業論文的研究方法在情緒識別的準確度中提升了2.5%的準確度，情緒風格文具生成則透過WGAN及policy-gradient的強化式學習方式進行生成任務，並能達成兩種以上的句型風格轉換。

通過情緒分類系統來預測客戶對商品喜歡的程度，進而提升推薦商品的準確度，感知客戶情緒並產生客製化情緒風格的回應語句，從而提升顧客的服務滿意度。

  • 蒐集文獻所提供的資料集，通過前處理清理文字檔案資料並通過BERT內部機制進行斷詞，並以情緒分類任務及情緒風格文句生成任務兩個任務組成，情緒分類任務中採用了畢業論文的研究方法在情緒識別的準確度中提升了2.5%的準確度，情緒風格文具生成則透過WGAN及policy-gradient的強化式學習方式進行生成任務，並能達成兩種以上的句型風格轉換。
