Philip Godfrey

An MBA graduate of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, Philip Godfrey also holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Hawaii. From 2002 to 2010, he served as a partner, director, and primary engagement manager on key institutional investor relationships with Pathway Capital Management. Mr. Godfrey focused on accelerating growth and building value through the implementation of capital structure solutions.
