I collaborate with principals from various disciplines, contractors, and project owners to ensure the proper execution and delivery of the projects. I also represent the principal to project meetings, explaining the design concept and resolving any issues. Some of the projects I have worked on include The Imperial Grand Ballroom by Intercontinental Hotel Group and several hotels under the AccorHotels Group and Santika Group. My goal is to create innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the users.

Ballroom with 800 paxx capacity, it is an extension from the existing ballroom at Intercontinental Hotel Jimbaran

4 Stars Hotel with 192 Rooms located on Jl. Raya Linggarjati, Cilimus

Responsible to planning new product such as housing and apartments.
Coordinate with other party such as consultant and contractors to make sure the project execute normally.
I handled low rise apartments and residential project during my time in here, such as Apple 3 at Karang Tengah and Vanadium Townhouse at Jakarta Barat.
For the Vanadium Townhouse, i developed the new design for next phase since the phase one already sold out. I developing new Site Plan, New Facade Concept, and the Residence Layout.

Working diligently, I oversee contractors’ tasks, ensuring that every detail is executed accurately and efficiently.
