1. Served as a quality window for the implementation of the Ford China parts project in Chongqing, China, ensuring supplier quality on-site and providing feedback and resolution to the Taiwan team.

2. Participated in multiple vehicle development projects, such as Ford Focus, Mondeo, Mazda 5, Mazda 3, and Escape Tribute Australia export program, collaborating with suppliers to complete prototype installations and validate individual products.

3. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless and efficient delivery of parts localization projects.

Quality Assurance & Supplier Training:

1. Managed daily quality systems for supplier operations, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues in automotive parts like lighting systems, mirrors, glass, dashboards, and power windows.

2. Selected to participate in Ford's internal instructor training program in Thailand and subsequently became a certified consultant instructor for the company.

3. Lectured in the Supplier Lean Improvement Program, training suppliers on the principles and applications of Ford's certified systems and measurement analysis.

4. Ensured the maintenance of Ford's Q1 system certification for suppliers.
