• Worked on multiple features catering to the needs of users with a special focus on female users and users who had dating accounts for a while with Bumble, this improved the overall experience of women on the app significantly. 
• Worked on making the app accessible, so that our business can reach to specially-abled as well.
• Worked on the quick hello feature for male users, it not only improved the first conversation to be more meaningful but also proved to be a foundation for the integration of contextual AI-based text generation. 
• Also worked on small independent bits of UI to equip myself to work on SwiftUI and Combine for production.

• Single-handedly worked on creating a reusable system for user tracking, it helped product and design to better understand user behaviour so they can introduce personalised features and suggestions. It improved the conversion rate and also reduced the costs as we no longer needed third-party services for the same. 
• Introduced the idea of trying out apparel using augmented reality before buying the product, to help users try the products virtually. It was taken up by the product team as a project in the shoe category to improve the user shopping experience. 
• Introduced another idea of searching apparel using images, and did a POC on the same. It was also taken up by the product team as a feature.

• Led a team to digitalise the FIR (First investigation report) process. Undertook everything from stakeholder interviews to detailed requirement gathering, creating architecture on miro boards to execution. 
• Designed the complete architecture and did the planning for subtasks, timelines, phases and iterations with DCP.
• Built pipelines to analyse the data collected in the FIRs, to digitalise the process of Police resource allocations based on historical data. The software was called IPS (Intelligent policing system). Tableau was used to represent the heat maps of different crime zones chronologically. 
• This helped in analysing the patterns and heat maps, helping police to allocate resources to appropriate places and at apt times. It helped the state police department so much that it was covered in a story in the national newspaper.
