As the team lead I spearheaded the development of the "Offline Collection App," a critical tool utilized by bill collectors in remote rural areas. This innovative solution addressed a pressing challenge for the State Government Electrical Department by enabling seamless operations in areas with limited or no internet connectivity. My primary responsibilities included meticulous project planning, strategic architectural design, and effective team leadership. The result was a robust and user-friendly application that empowered bill collectors to efficiently carry out their tasks, contributing to improved service delivery and revenue collection for the State Government Electrical Department.

Contributed significantly by developing a dynamic form generation framework from JSON data, implementing personalized business logic, enabling multilingual support, and taking a lead role in data synchronization and management.
